Interview
If you make the face to face interview yay! Here are some tips for you. Please make sure you have a 2nd or 3rd choice where you would see yourself working. Disney is a big company and there are many positions available.
Now if you are interested in working at the Hotels you need to show you have a passion for Guest Service and wanting to deal with Guests beyond just saying hello and how's your day.
From the point that a recruiter calls out your name you are being assessed for what this interview will be like. If you want a job at Disneyland you have to show the recruiters that you are courteous, enthusiastic and committed. Your resume could look amazing on paper but when we meet candidates we want to see that you will be able to work in a busy and crowded environment. You do work very hard in any role but it's a fun place to work. Your fellow Cast Members make it one of the best places to work!
Just like those commercials you see on TV you can be a part of providing magic to our Guests on a daily basis.

Interview
It was very efficient. they asked me lots of getting to know me questions and listened intently. it was professional but still had a fun element to it. Unfortunately I didn't get the job cos I would have loved to have worked for such a well known and loved company, however I will find the perfect role suited best to me.
