they called and asked me questions about why I wanted to join. had to take two exams asking about personality questions and what would I do in certain situations. asked what experience I had and what could I bring to the table. had to do a background check because they didn't want any criminal activity people responding to job.
The interview was easy and short the lady was very kind and straightforward and everything was done online it took about 15 min make sure to be on time and speak clearly and respectful

Interview
Phone interview with HR, then a swim test at one of the hotels. The phone interview was less than 30 minutes. The swim test consists of a distance swim (10-13 laps depending on the pool), a brick retrieval, and a two minute water tread with your hands above your head.
