One introduction interview, very short which schedules the second interview. Then a second interview was longer so be ready to answer questions. Make sure you know what role you want and why. Be very clear why you are interested. Ask questions because it shows interest. Compare your education goals with the experience you will gain if part of the program.

The interview was multiple online surveys and then if you passed you did a 30-minute phone call. The phone call was the generic interview questions, also asking if you would be willing to be a life guard as they have to do more certifications then the other cast members.

Easy as long as you prepare, you will be fine. There are a lot of guides online that basically tell you what they're going to say. Overall, I would make sure to just say their name at the end of the interview as well. Ex: Thanks so much ____! This shows you actually listened :)

We had a Disney representative at the university explaining the process, requirements needed to obtain visa and program fees.
Mandatory English test
The second stage was a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 10 minutes.
