I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Jan 2021
Interview
Seeing other reviews on Glassdoor for identical roles, it's quite transparent that DSS opted for an intern vs. experienced FT they advertised the role as.
The interview process was easy and straight forward. Phone screen with recruiter, then two rounds with the hiring manager and two PMs. Hiring Manager and one of the two PMs literally said "I think you'd be a very good fit. Hope to chat soon". Yet, the recruiter did not have the decency to keep me updated - This was after he bugged me to interview for the role in first place.

Easy to interview with Disney as long as you follow the process and bring your own learnings. Hoping to get hired another time as this was not the right timing for me.
