It was a four step. First sent your resume then was screened then had a group interview in a zoom interview with three others interviewing you. You went into a room and had to give a presentation or an experiment by being interactive and fun.

After submitting the application, they will send you a WBI. If met a Disney criteria, they would be invited you to schedule a phone interview with hr. The phone interview acceptance may start within a week or two of applications going live and will continue up through the very end of the recruitment period.
