There are not interviews needed for Internships. They are paid and are on a 3-6 month probation period. You really need to know someone to get in though.

Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director

The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
