I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Tempe, AZ) in Aug 2016
Interview
2 separate group interviews
The first interview was very laid back, however this is probably due to the personality of out assistant manager...first interviews at other stores may be different. We went over availability and reliable transportation, overview of the position and expectations.
2nd interview was more difficult
It was done my the manager of the store and she asked more in depth questions about how we would handle certain situations and how we would tailor the Disney experience to each guest.
Ideally my interview was supposed to include more "magic" but we ran out of time. Other cast members have told me that their interviews included acting out scenarios as a group.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
