I met the team supervisor at a career fair and had really good conversation with him. Emailed him back and after a week or so set up a round 1 phone interview with a recruiter. He was very friendly and encouraging. Then after another week set up a round 2 interview with two of the team supervisors. The questions were clearly used to see if I was a fit for the team.
