Submitted application, including a cover letter, online. 1-2 months later, I received an email asking me to answer a few follow-up questions. I had already done a phone interview for another Disney Professional Internship, which is why I probably didn't have to have another one done. I went for an in-person interview and met with the two managers I'd be working with, one-to-one. Both managers were pleasant and all questions were typical interview questions.
