I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
The process was very competitive and required a lot of preparation and required concrete examples of how experience and skills could be translated into specific responsibilities in the role. The interview process began with a recruiter screening, then the next step was interviewing panel style with department hiring manager. After interview, recruiter followed up about status of the position. Process took about 1 month from date of application.

I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
Overall a positive, but expect delays in communication with recruitment team. Everyone I spoke to was welcoming, and you can tell people are passionate about their work at Disney.
It was a two stage interview process plus an initial call with HR to see if you're a good fit for the role. The first stage was competency-based and seeing if you're a good cultural fit, and the second and final stage is a 1-hour in person task-based interview to demonstrate your skill set for the role.
easy simple hiring process very chill for internships, recruiter was friendly and the interview was directly with the hiring manager after a phone screen w recruiter, they called randomly. Don't exgarrate but instead show genuine interest, if your passion comes through in your answers, they'll gladly take you in , everyone says "disney" is their dream company to some extent, y9ou have to be different
