Interview
I applied online and immediately heard back about taking an online survey. That led to an online interview and then I got an email asking when I could come in for an interview. After the interview I had to complete a swim test to verify that I had the physical ability to be a lifeguard. Disney then requires a training course for all the certifications you need to be a lifeguard.

Interview
Phone interview with HR, then a swim test at one of the hotels. The phone interview was less than 30 minutes. The swim test consists of a distance swim (10-13 laps depending on the pool), a brick retrieval, and a two minute water tread with your hands above your head.
