Interview
They asked me a variety of questions. Then, I would answer their questions. Afterwards, I imagine that they assessed my responses. This repeated throughout the different candidates until the hiring team decided whether to hold an additional round of interviews with select people, or if they wanted to hire whoever stood out after one interview.
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director
Asked basic questions and questions specifically related to the job description
The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
