I was interviewed at an event and was hired on the spot. It was very spontaneous and quite fast. I liked that it was so fast but at the same time it didn't feel like a real job interview process. It felt more like a we will take who ever seems ok. I am happy I got the position but I was not informed of the position I was offered and Accepting the position was not my immediate answer.
