Applied online and was called about a week later to come in and interview and got hired the following week after the background and drug test cleared. Note: the store seemed to be in desperate need of associates at the time which explains why the interview was very brief and anyone interviewing for a similar position may be asked a few more basic questions.

I was given a rundown of what the job and current crew were like and was simply asked, Do you think you can handle this?
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

How can I contribute to the overall success of my team?
The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.

Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
