Very quick phone interview describing the job requirements and expectations as well as the salary range. Questions were asked about my experience and questions and demeanor from the recruiter were very professional.
Nothing about the job was talked about. It was a very "chill" experience that certainly make me feel about the department as a whole. Then after waiting three weeks I was offered the job, then a week later suddenly the offer was taken because I took too long to respond. It made no sense.
