Wal mart was a good idea, especially when you are desperate for a job. Employees were great the interview was simple basic interview questions and return for drug screening, It is the customers that can get out of hand other than that a simple job.
Group based interview asking basic questions and then giving an exam that test your knowledge about the role you are anpplying for and then asking simple questions one by one about experience and certain possible situations. It is around 30-60 minutes

3 different interviews after initial application process. The interviews involved multiple mangers and support reps. They explained what they offer as far as benefits go. They also explained what they expected from their associates.
