Interview
The hiring process seems long and tedius but is totally worth the toil. It takes time to create a new employee, I have found that if a job takes a while to integrate into during the interview process its a good choice for me.

Question 1
What did you like about your last job, why? How does that affect your potential outlook of this job, should you be hired. How did you create new ideas about how to successfully integrate your ideas in your last job, and how were your ideas recvd?
Interview process required several interviews. First you interviewed with the store manager typically by phone or by zoom. Then the next interview was with the market manager or member of the market team.

Tell me about an experience when you had to overcome change and adapt to a new work environment.
Fairly streamlined and quick, friendly interviewers made it comfortable, there was no waiting room for the interview but nonetheless it was not a hassle,
They called to inform the position after 3 days
Very long and drawn out process with no compensation discussion until the very end, needs more transparency in my opinion, otherwise fairly painless process overall. Definitely not one to be intimidated about.
