I found the interview process to be timely and efficient with prompt communication and easy scheduling. The interviewer was very forthcoming about what would make a successful candidate--tactful but direct. I didn't get a second interview but wasn't surprised or disappointed, because I felt we both understood I was not a likely fit for the role.
