I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Albuquerque, NM) in Sep 2022
Interview
I would like to say that I was offered this position. It took them 1.5 weeks to get me the paperwork. I did not read the fine print and did not realize that I had 24 hours to do the drug test. Actually it is less. They sent me the link for the second time a week later. I am still working due to still having bills. They sent me the link at 7:52 AM and I had until 7:52 AM the next morning. I had 3 jobs that day, I am a field engineer. The drug testing facility that they made me go to is only open from 9 AM - 6 PM. They do not have scheduling for drug tests either. Between two of my jobs, I stopped and provided a sample that the facility claimed was not enough. I had my 2nd job in less than 30 minutes. What options did I have? I attempted to contact the Onboarding recruiter by email and phone. In which I never received an answer. I received an email 2 nights later stating they are withdrawing my offer. I tried contacting the interviewer and he said it is Walmart recruiting in charge of that. I also offered to pay for the test. Now I am not allowed to apply for this position for a year? WOW is all that I have to say.

Felt the questions were more about conflict vs more about positive outcomes and knowledge. Would have loved a phone call to say congrats you have been chosen to move forward followed by “ do you have any question at this time”?
Easy. Phone call that asks you a few STAR questions. Know the Walmart mission. Understand what the role is that you're applying for. Be able to articulate on the questions.
