Interview
Phone call to set appointment after waiting two weeks from submitting app online; met with personnel director who goes over application, qualifications, and available positions. Then member of management comes in and asks a question or two and in my case I was offered the job immediately. Told my position, pay rate and to come back tomorrow to start the training.
the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.
Interviewer was a nice person. It was not very challenging or stressful to get through the interview. I felt confident in my interview that I would be considered for the job.
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
