Be mindful when you are called for an interview as you may not be interviewed for a position, which you applied for. If you’ve applied as Departmental Manager, make sure you are an existing or ex employee of Walmart even though the job description doesn’t mention this at all. Welcoming was not great and interview was done in a store!!! So unprofessional.

If a customer is asking for a product that they cannot find, what would you do?
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.
Group interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers.
Interviewers were friendly, asked behavioral questions, availability and so on.
Also asked about the aspirations and why choosing this company. Also had to describe scenarios and how you handle them.

3 stage interview gradually movie up in seniority levels. Just be a natural changer you’ll do fine. God speed and good luck party people. Thirty words is a bit much for a basic job
