      Customer Service Supervisor Interview

      Jun 24, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Holly Spring, GA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Holly Spring, GA) in Apr 2014

      Interview

I worked for a Walmart Neighborhood Market as a cashier and was interested in moving up by transferring to a new Supercenter being built. I called Home Office about the new store, and they had the store contact me for an interview. I was paid for my mileage to come to the site (since I am already an associate). I was greeted and signed in. Then I waited in a room to be called. Two people interviewed me together. The questions were lengthy questions that asked about how I have responded to certain situations in my past work experience.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a policy? What did you disagree with, what did you do, and what was the result?

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Cottonwood, AZ
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Cottonwood, AZ) in May 2017

      Interview

Interviewer asks you to sit, they don't gen stand up and ask you a series of questions about customer service and return policies and various scenarios. Salaried management did the interview, they asked questions that gave me the idea they were looking for a thick skinned bouncer, not a sympathetic ear so the customer feel heard. It seemed as if management didn't seem to care much for the return process. Lastly there were important questions along the lines of handling money.

      Question 1

Customer returns the bones of a fully eaten chicken and claims it tasted gross
