Interview
I was promoted from within and had stellar reviews previously. I was a fast-track candidate, and there were openings in the training program. There was a phone interview, followed within the week by a personal 1:1 interview, and a confirming phone call. The process slowed down after acceptance of the offer because classes were full for the training.
