They called me after I submitted my application to set up an interview. I went there and was interviewed by a CSM (Customer Service Manager) who basically read questions off of the paper she had in her hands, such as "Give an example of a time in which you had to collaborate to achieve an objective" and things like that.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Calgary, AB)

Pretty fast. They call you for interview. Assistant manager interviews you. They usually ask for your availability. Calls you in the next few days or a week if you get the job.

The interview was a comfortable. Normal questions. The second interview was a group interview. The interviewer was very nice and curious, but at the same time seemed uninterested because they is such major turnover in the company.

My assistant manager and department supervisor told me about the job, asked me about a time when I provided good customer service and asked me about what I think good customer service is. Then the store manager talked to me and asked me if it was a job I could do. Then I was hired.
