      consist of 11 interview questions and they are looking for senario type answers. 1.) As a leader, your are required to be a role model for others. Describe what you've done to ensure your words and actions are consistent with being a leader and a role model when you have een challenged with breaking a rule. 2.) Describe a situation when you discovered that your work was not up to your manager's/supervisor's/team leader's or the company's expectations. What happened? What action did you take? 3.)Describe a new procedure or idea you developed or implemented within the past year. How did you know it was needed? 4.) Tell me about the most challenging change you've faced at work. What did you do? What were the results? 5.)What have you done differently from your peers in your organization? Why? Give me an example of what makes your work unique. 6.) What procedures have you used to stay informed about a task you delegated? 7.) Work can be filled with distractions or interruptions. Tell me about a time when you were distracted or interrupted often at work. How did you react? 8.) We've all faced the problem of not being able to handle a new task/responsibility, even though we received the assignment because of our background and training. Tell me about a time when this happened to you. 9.) What techniques have you found most useful in guiding direct reports toward accomplishing specific work objectives? Give me an example of when you used one of these techniques. 10.) what objectives were you expected to meet this year? What steps did you take to make sure you were making progress on all of them? 11.) Give me a specific example of how you determine the skills necessary for someone to successfully accomplish a task.

      Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company
