2. complete the online assessment test.
3. Wait for a call from HR.
4. Go for an interview.
5. Go in for a physical fitness test (if applicable)
6. Get a DRUG test
7. Get a back ground check
8 . Wait for 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the company doing the background check
9. Get passed with a background check
10. Get an email or call saying your are hired and a start date.

Name a time you had to help some one that you didnt get along with at your other job.
Tell about a time when you didnt agree with your supervisor.
Tell about a time that you went above and beyond at your previous job.
Phone interviews are typically straightforward and easy to manage. The key is being punctual, respectful, and professional throughout the conversation. By maintaining these qualities, you should experience no problems or concerns.
It was during covid, they were hiring anyone that could pass a background check. The "interview" was basically questions like "what shift would you prefer to work" and "do you think you can handle the physical demands of the job"

Very short interview! It was only about 2 questions! I couldn’t believe it! The whole process was very fast! It just took a while for them to contact me for the interview.
