Found out days after I was hired that another position I was qualified for had come up and I wasn't allowed to apply for it as you have to be employed in your position for a certain time before they will allow you to change positions.

3 Rounds with Store Manager and 1 round with the other candidates as a group discussion, case studies and solutions to practical solutions . Seven to ten questions were asked in the interview and it lasted approx 30-45 minutes
