pretty short and simple, not to horrible . I think the more nervous process is sitting there and waiting for the person to come interview you, some of the questions kind of repeat themselves, and they don't really indicate what the next steps would be if got hired or didn't.

Question 1
They ask a lot of questions about teamwork and some related to school experience.
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
