Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Explain previous work experience and how it’s shaped you
Interview process went smoothly. I was contacted via telephone by the store manager. It was a laid back interview with mostly P&L questions. It helps to know the STAR method. All questions started with, "Name a time when..."
I am currently waiting to receive an offer.
