I applied on their careers page. A day later, their AI system Cora reached out to ask some screening questions and they also sent over a few assessments. A day after these were completed, I received an email from them that I was selected to move onto the next interview with the hiring manager and to wait for someone to call in the next 24 hours to schedule a time. After the 24 hours had passed, I still did not receive a call so I logged into my careers page to check if anything had changed. They moved my application to "closed," not selected. I did not receive any email communication about them changing their minds.
