The interview process was done on zoom. And involved questions over work experience and trade skills. Generally speaking if you have electrical or plumbing background you will have an advantage.

What diverse project was I apart of? This question was tricky because it could mean two different things where they are wanting to know what project you were apart of that requires more than one trade.
