Then someone on the floor is training you how to do the job. All benefits are explained during the training sessions in the office.

Its very easy, just basic questions. One should know there strengths and be a good communicator. They will ask about your availability, communication style and how you resolve issues and work ethics

Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
