The people asked a list of questions seeking my ability to deal with stressful situations. The process took maybe 15 minutes, and was pretty laid back. But that was likely because the people I met with were easy going. The interview questions are not difficult to answer. For me, after years in businesses that taught me how to serve customers, the questions were easy to answer with the countless situations I had encountered in my various jobs.
