Reached out by recruiter. cleared 2 tech rounds and then Hiring manager rejected my profile with no feedback and just told HR that it doesn't fit in the team. Why profile was shortlisted by him in the first place then and made my time waste by taking 2 long tech rounds? They probably got a guy who was serving notice period. HR reached out to tell me, my profile has been shared with other teams as well and will contact me again in 1-2 days and then simply ghosted me, doesn't pick calls or reply to the mails. Audacity is they are still sending mails through naukri.com for same positions, but not considering someone who cleared the tech rounds already.
