I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Walmart Global Tech in Sep 2021
Interview
I wanted really badly to have a positive experience, and I was incredibly patient. I started my process in September and the first “interview” was a coding test and a behavioral test online within 48 hours of submitting your application. I then got an email stating that I passed and they would contact me to schedule the next interview... I would receive that email 4 times over the course of 3 weeks. Then they said they didn’t have any time slots available, so they would contact me in January. I didn’t hear anything until February. I did the 2nd round then, I was supposed to get results in less than 10 days but it took 3 weeks. I did the next (and final) round in early March, they said I would have results in less than 10 days again. I emailed to ask when results would be after a month of no information and then got sent an automated email stating I was waitlisted. A spot opened, but I am not accepting. The initial email said this process should take no more than a month. The whole process ended up taking 7 months. It just feels really disrespectful and indicative of how the company would run.

Online Assessment -> Final Round Interview
Interview was a 1 hour technical / behavioral interview. Mine was quite informal with myself explaining and going through a lot of the experiences on my resume while honing in on a specific project of mine that my interviewer asked me to explain more in-depth and walked through some of the code.
Was supposed to go over the online assessment I did as well.

Interview
The first round is conducted through a third party karat. My interview started with 6 general knowledge questions that are from a category that you choose. The next 45 minutes consisted of leetcode style questions. You begin by stating your approach, then you code up your solution, then you test and talk about time/space complexity.
