Recruiter reached out to me to set up an online meeting. First meeting involved talking about the job description, clarifying a salary of 35,000 before giving a take-home assessment to be completed within 7 days

Had an initial screening call with one of their recruiters. I was then given a simple take-home assessment to complete within a week. Handed it in early and heard nothing for a month before messaging the recruiter for an update to which they told me that they were still deliberating. only after numerous attempts at contacting them and many months did I get a real rejection with no feedback.
