I applied directly through the companies website.
Got a call back within a week, which was basically an over the phone interview, with questions about my previous job roles and academics.
I then was invited to complete a comprehensive aptitude test. Upon passing the test I was invited for a face to face competency based interview.

The questions were based on the role. The interviewers were looking for examples of team work, how I handled conflicts, how I organise a typical work day and examples of my typical day in a previous role.
3 level hr round test and manager interview test is basic English question and maths and you have to write one letter based on your results you are eligible for the next round

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WTW
Interview
First is Hirevue interview with 3 technical and 7 behavioral questions. Then I had 3 interviews, with a numerical assessment between the 2nd and 3rd interview. All 3 interviews mostly behavioral questions and about your background.
Very quick hiring process experience for me. From applying to a job to getting a job offer did only take about 10 days. Had one HireVue recording interview and then an online in-person interview.
