Soft skills very important. Need to make sure that behavioral is locked down and there are answers and stories for each type of question. Use the star method and prepare answers beforehand.

Online interview, no interviewer during first round, process was quick and easy. Not sure how the next rounds will be like but the first round was not too bad at all

Interview
First round interview consisted of virtual interview with a Saville progress assessment. Second round interview consisted of competency interviews and a case study. The interview process was entirely online, easy to speak to multiple members of the company.
