Aptitude test then online assessments then assessment centre. Was completely online, smoothly operated, focuses on teamwork and collaborative exercises. Individually, they will assess your ability to ask the right questions through fact-finding exercises.

Question 1
What was a time when you needed to adapt to an unforeseen situation?
The interview process was very good. The system was smooth during the Hirevue process and you have one attempt to answer each question. There was game you played at the end.
I had a superday where I had 2 interviews, a case study with a few other interviewees, and built a presentation on what they asked me to do. This lasted for about 3 hours long with a few 5 minute breaks in between.

They used Hirevue, they asked you to answer 6 different questions, each of them in 3 min. After that they make you play two games, one is mental calculation and the other is to select the same figures
