The interview process is a panel interview and I think its a great process, they quality your skills and organizational skills as well.
Overall the interview process is very decent compared to other companies. Not to formal, but your qualifications matter.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WTW in Feb 2025

Phone screen. Interview with hiring individual. Panel interview. Final interview with more senior individual.
Initially process went smooth. Once the 3rd interview took place I could tell 2 mins in I was not liked or the interview was a formality. I then had to reach out to the recruiter multiple times over the next 4 weeks to get an update. Only to be told that the final interviewer gave me a 'no' and no other feedback was given. They did not select any other applicants. And the Roll was reposted. Feedback should have been provided and additional persons should have been oresent for final interview.
