I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WSIB (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview was quite disrespectful. When the lady heard that I hadn't been a case worker before, she just basically stopped the interview abruptly a couple of minutes in. Total nonsense. Are people born with this experience? Or is this company just so ignorant to the fact that people are able to learn new things? It also shows the corporate culture of the company which wants to get people with some skills for free, without investing a single cent to their education and professional development. Those are usually symptoms of a terrible company culture, where people are exploited churn and burn to maximize profit of the top managers so they can buy another yacht.
