Average - about 10 questions and a questionnaire about money handling skills. Polite, friendly. Didn’t have to wait too long before hand and the whole process from application to interview was about 2-3 weeks.
Normal interview process. Lots of competency based questions. Asked what I knew about t the company and what I’d do in a health and safety situation. Also asked my biggest weakness.

What would you do if you’re on the till abs you see a young child urinate on the store floor but there’s no one else to clear it up and no one else to take over your role on the till?

Extremely easy going interview and the questions were very similar to the ones on here already. If you are a bit nervous like I was just read the questions on here and you should be fine.
