They asked Behavioral questions and challenges mostly. They want you to answer the questions using star method and also ti know if u really had the experience. They were friendly and you just have to keep them engaged

Very nice manager. Patient and was very relaxing and made me feel welcome. The questions were easy and also asked more questions to get a better understanding. The interview was good and it was a welcoming home

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Voyage Care (Nuneaton, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Waited a while in the common room for my interview as manager was stuck elsewhere for around 35 minutes, one member of staff introduced themselves. Manager walked in, super friendly and asked basic questions around safeguarding and policy. Interview lasted about 10 minutes and got told I'd get an answer in 24 hours but I got the call within two hours to say I got the job and the progress began. That was in March and I still haven't started (almost in May now) so be aware it's a long process of dbs and background checks.
