    Excellent ethos. Excellent values. Amazing quality assurance. Family feel in a large company. Positive risk taking. Great communication.

    Same ‘cons’ as any Health & Social Care providers - (if only the funding would allow) increased pay rates for support staff would be amazing.

    Co-workers were amazing and was like a family

    Management were condescending didn’t care for staff and ignored blatant safeguarding issues when raised and allowed it to continue.

    Is such a lovely environment to work in, I loved My managers and everyone I worked with. Gave me all the tools I needed to start my career.

    The pay rate is awful for the amount of support provided. Very high demanding job. Not worth the wage.
