Initial screening by the recruiter, while he was friendly, the recruiter didn't seem that knowledgeable about the role, or the industry - seemed like he was just reading off a script that one would find on the internet. Also, that was for a whole hour, which seemed unnecessarily long.
The follow up was long and without much updates, finally was moved on to meet with the hiring manager, which went fine. Then it was onto a panel interview, a sales person, an engineer and the head of HR - questions were pretty generic, though the head of HR was pretty quiet and I think only said a couple of things. Overall, it was ok.
A few weeks went by, and I had assumed they had moved on, I get an email from the initial recruiter indicating that I was not selected.
Overall, just a very slow process - should probably review the quality of your sourcing process and team.
