I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at VivSoft Technologies in Nov 2025
Interview
Holy cow, talk about scatter brained. These guys have really interesting visions but with no real direction. Couldn't answer what tooling they used since apparently each team uses a different tool.
They gave an impromptu challenge, 2 questions each with four bullet points each being a task to complete. The type of tasks that would take multiple days to complete like building a pipeline and they ask the candidate to try and complete them in 5/10 mins using pseudo code. The questions are vague too, didn't even mention which platform the pipeline was for. It made me sweat bullets since there was no mention of that prior to the interview.
Oh there's also another part where you're given a diagram and asked to point out the flaws. Use draw io to point out issues with the workflow.
Even if offered I'm not sure I would take it. I think there are some internal problems that needs to be sorted out.

Question 1
How do you handle communication between technical coworkers and senior Management.
Behavioral was fairly normal. They did have a short technical take home challenge (related to your domain), then another round to speak on the take home. It might be different per individual.
Disorganized and a complete mess. Unprofessional tactics used throughout the process including bait and switch salaries, no shows during interviews and ghosting candidates throughout the process. Team couldn't answer basic questions about the project or what to expect. 3 over the phone interviews and two video conference interviews and each experience left me feeling like I interviewing with a disorganized herd of cats.
