Interview
The interview process was very quick and straight forward compared to many others I've had. I was not asked many technical questions if any, but I was interviewing for a junior position. The process comprised of a phone interview which was mainly about personality traits and work habits, followed by one in-person interview with one person, the programming manager, which was very informal and not very technically focused, but I would recommend bringing up technical knowledge even if the manager does not directly ask about it.

Question 1
Programming manager asked me to look at some of their existing code and explain what was going on their. Code is in PHP, MySQL, and Javascript/jquery. Very procedural code as opposed to object-oriented, which is actually great as it is simple and straightforward.
