Someone at Visier contacted me to conduct a 15 minutes phone interview where the person asked behavioral questions. 1 or 2 days later I was contacted again and invited for an on-site interview with 2 software engineers/developers. Overall all the interviews were really nice and it was a positive experience.

HR screening where I was asked basics of OOP with Java and asked basic data structure questions, as well as standard interview questions like telling them about myself, and how I deal with group projects
Webinar where they explain what it is like to work there, followed by a Google form multiple choice technical test. The questions are mainly about data structures and algorithms/ analyzing code.
