Very bad experience with HR team Had 2 technical and 1 managerial round. Was told I was selected for the position after the 2 technical rounds, was given the details about project, work timings, discussed salary. But after a week was informed there will be additional interview with manager while I was waiting for offer. Managerial interview was postponed multiple times over a week. When finally managerial round went fine and was informed the next day I was "selected" for the position, but no offer letter was provided, tried to contact with HR multiple times over the next few weeks, finally got a reply to try elsewhere and that my application was indefinitely in a pending state but not rejected. So they won't reject you but will also not give you a reason why they are not selecting you
