Started off with a phone interview that got rescheduled a few times in short notice: hiring person kept going around in circles on phone conversation which never touched on what the job entails without further explaination while probed. This was a mid level sales position which wasn't THAT senior as its reporting hierarchy was simple. Few weeks later I received an wordy email mentioning they are still exploring different staffing options. If I had known earlier they had no immediate intention of hiring I wouldn't waste my time with them.
